• Anyone wishing to enter lots for the Auction must register online via the LSL (https://www.livestock-live.com/OnlineAuction-CONNAUMACH) website, upload pictures, videos and information of their items and a member of our sales team will make contact with you
• The seller may include a Reserve Price for any Lot prior to the Auction, at which the item will not be sold below this figure without agreement of the owner. Any Lot with no reserve will be sold to the highest bidder
• If VAT is applicable for ant Lot, Connaughton Auctioneers must be informed in advance and confirmation VAT docket available from seller. Hammer price at Auction will include VAT
• While there will be security on the premises at all times, Connaughton Auctioneers are not responsible for any loss or damage to any sellers property while at the auction. We advise all sellers to have adequate insurance for the purposes of the Auction
• All unsold items must be collected by 3pm on Sunday 20^th March. Any unsold lots will be entered into a timed auction online. We will make contact with you for any subsequent interest in your lot(s). Pass out docket required for unsold items
• Sellers will be paid within 5 working days
• Payment by Debit/ Credit Card only (unless otherwise agreed).
• No cheques will be accepted
• Invoice will be available for all sales/ purchases via LSL Online and by Connaughton Auctioneers for fees on final settlement
